Over the last couple of weeks I've started to see BP readings a bit under 100/60. Quite frequently, all times of the day. That's like around 12/12-ish lower than what I've been used to. AFAIK, I'm not doing anything different except maybe increased daily steps a smidgen.
And it feels good! So I doubt that it's an indication of incipient heart failure or anything like that.
Dunno? Does anybody else have levels down around there?
I eat a very heart/BP-healthy diet, including < 750mg sodium and satfats at ~5% of cals, plus walking ~13K steps per day recently, so I expect to have reasonable BP levels. But a bit surprised to see <100/60 ...
