Hi, can anyone help me with this, please?
I know the calorie and carb content of dry white wine, and this seems to be something I can drink without experiencing any high glucose readings. However, I'm keen to cut down the number of alcohol units I drink and have found a couple of low alcohol white wines.
Does anyone know if these are still low carb - or does the sugar content go up because it isn't turned in to alcohol?
