I was also referring to the added risk on our hearts due to people with diabetes experiencing higher fluctuations in their BG.

Hi @Daemonik, oh no that's such a shame you don't qualify at the moment . I think it may depend on where you live and NHS budget in that area. . I'm in Surrey and for some time I was self-funding until it became available on prescription for me. Honestly it's been such a gamechanger for me. I think you should definitely speak to your consultant but in the meantime to can get a free trial from Abbot, that's how I started
