Hey guys,
So sorry this is probably really obvious but how bad are lemons? In terms of carbs etc. I just want a bot squeezed in water but can't find anything on carbs and cal and dont wanna risk it.

Thanks everyone, I'm still learning

Pea xx

I can't imagine that a squeeze will have any noticeable effect, particularly if diluted in water - go for it! 🙂

lemons are roughly 5.4g carbs per lemon and it is fructose (net carbs under 4) so may not have a rapid effect on you. Lemon juice is very good for relieving hunger pangs so could save you that slice of bread,
