Hi Emma, I use one called truvia for baking , it comes in white or golden. The only reason I chose this one was because it was the only one I could see in Sainsburys.

I tend to google "low carb" and whatever the cake is I'm looking to bake and then read through the top few sites returned.
There's another tactic and that's looking at Nigella.com and figuring out how to low-carbify her recipes. Most just require switching normal flour for ground almonds and using a low carb sweetener rather than sugar.
