Had my last hospital visit yesterday, been having checks on kidney and all clear.
Thought I would celebrate with a quick lunch there, rare for me to do that, so went into cafeteria and all the staff are munching away on their rolls, beans and chips and rice etc, so looked for what I could have and it suddenly dawned on me that actually, there was nothing immediately available that I could eat. It was nearly all carbs.
I hadn't realised before the problem with eating out, as a type 2.
