Bit of a shock and life change but I'm finding looking online at forums etc help and its nice to see other people are going through the same as me and I'm not alone as I don't really know anyone with type 1. Anyways just a quick hello 🙂🙂

Hi Abi I was diagnosed with Type 2 a fortnight ago so like you new to all this but there are lots of people to give advice and support .

Hi Abi, and Sigourney
I promise it does get easier, well the diabetes doesn't change but you learn how to cope with it and you get used to it. Welcome aboard and don't be afraid to ask questions/have a jolly good rant when needed. We all do it and it feels so much better when you've got things off your chest 🙂
