Hi, I would like advice as to which is better for me. I’m pre diabetic but borderline so trying to get my sugar levels down. I notice a lot of diets and programmes on weight loss seem to have jelly quite a lot. Now, I try to avoid artificial sweeteners, is it better to have less jelly with sugar or more jelly with artificial sweetners. I’m leaning towards normal jelly because of my dislike of sweetners.
