ok, so this is going to be a really stupid question.
I've really cut down, lost weight and working hard to control my carb / sugar intake. I found the biggest part for me was portion control, so have worked even harder at cutting down.
Anyway (and sorry for waffling) but my question is this.
Is stuff like iceberg lettuce, tomato and cucumber 'free' by this I mean do they have carbs in them?
For instance this evening, I had a small portion of chicken curry which worked out low carb, no rice at all, but on my side plate I had a lot of cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
They don't affect my BS, but wonder if they are okay to eat
Thanks 🙂
