Hi Darren if you are able to ie if you have enough strips record the following blood test results for the next 48 hours
Upon waking
Before breakfast
Two hours after breakfast
Before lunch
Two hours after lunch
Before dinner
Two hours after dinner
Before bed
3am
Also write down everything that you eat and when you eat the food. Also include the times of all of your blood tests. Take these results to discuss with your doctor. Also check whether your hospital had a diabetic nurse that you can speak to about the results even you are not registered with the hospital. I hope this helps.
