Been a fan of Dr. Phinney for a couple of years & this just came across my FB feed, 3 videos going into detail about what is Nutritional Ketosis, benefits, safety precautions & problem solving the diet.

I know that many of you don't want to go as extreme as Ketogenic but as background it'll help understanding this Way of Eating particularly when going Low Carb

I would find it a little difficult without for the fact that I do IF 16/8 & work from the house. However, I have found a place that does a great salad for when I have to go into the office...
