I agree I am 82 and managing to drink plenty of wet stuff !!!Not sure my mum would appreciate me checking on her to make sure she’s hydrated. She’s 60 but perfectly capable of sorting herself out.
Great point: my mum's 88 and doesn't tend to drink enough fluid nowadays. However, having a good stock of bottles of Lucozade Sport by her chair seems to do the trick. Also, she makes herself drinks of Robinson's Peach Barley:remember to take plenty of fluids on board water if you can.
PS it would help if you know more mature people to check on them to make sure they are well and hydrated

We like the apple and pear barley water but I usually dilute it 10 parts water to 1 part squash or 15 to 1.
