Hi - I had the usual for breakfast (porridge oats with a spoonful of honey) and some cinnamon. Went for my daily walk. Had a banana mid-workout. Came home had an apple then two salmon and cucumber sarnies. I had to make a tomato sandwich as I still feel hungry. It might be to do with only having soup last night. Gonna have to add some carbs (potatoes) to fill me up before I go to savate later today. Hopefully by next week I will purchase a meter. My body needs fuel. Important not to get into starvation mode. Methinks I am trying too hard.....It probably does not help that I dont each any diary produce either.
