Since my hypo on Wednesday evening, which I didn't feel coming, it keeps happening. Thought I was starting with one in Tesco this morning so had a glucose tab - was 6.4 just before I went and it is only 5 mins away. Was then 5.3 in the car park an hour later before I came home.
Just had another, felt absolutely fine, did a test as was planning to eat soon and libre showed 2.7and finger 2.9 😱. Had a glucose tab and a biscuit and libre now showing 2.9 rising. This is 20 mins after first test.
I can only assume it is the weather? However, I am concerned as
A. I'm not feeling them coming and they are quick drops according to libre graph. I have always felt them at about 4.2 and headed them off with 1 glucose tab.
B. Should I be changing ratios, despite the fact both have happened at least 5 hours after I last ate? I did a basal test about 3 weeks ago which was fine - levels pretty stable over the 24 hours between 4.5 and 6.0.
Is it likely to just be the hot weather?
