I am new to the forum and wish all well in their pursuit to defeat diabetes. I am type2 since 2007 or earlier and aged 80. I am Indian Brahmin vegetarian. I eat 40 grams of whole rolled oats in skimmed milk with Splenda and cinnamon and one pear fruit. Today I had 60grams of oats. I feel hungry after that until I eat my lunch. Afternoon is not that difficult. I eat two chapattis with some vegetable or lentils.
I will appreciate any help with regard to breakfast or eating in general.
