How much fat and protien is considered high inna meal?

I was thinking - how on earth....
If you did want - for any reason, to lower the carbs you might try mashed cauliflower, or swede. I cook the swede in a pressure cooker, put it though a ricer and mash it with cream, or I beat eggs in, shape it into cakes and fry it in with the bacon or sausages I sometimes add a bit of dried sage or thyme. I find mashed potatoes a bit boring these days.
Never thought of mashed Cauliflower. Tried riced cauliflower when i was first diagnosed as type 2. Liked it but bellie didnt! Struth the gales!!! . On I love mash! My hubby knows how to make mash!
