Possibly, or just once weigh a handful (or any other quick and simple measure such as a small cup) to give yourself a sense of how many carbs in a handful and then use that as your "standard". The variation from this day to day will be miniscule and irrelevant. After all we don't really know how accurate the %gms of carbs in blueberries is in relation to what species of blueberry, or how ripe.I have a handful oops maybe i should weigh
