Last weekend I found a low carb granola in the supermarket, it was expensive but thought I would give it a try, only 5.9g carbs per portion. Looking at the ingredient list it seems far more cost effective to make my own - the ingredients listed are coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds, coconut blossom nectar, pumpkin seeds, chicory root powder, cashew nuts, linseeds, chia seeds, raspberry, black currant. So no wheat or grains at all!
