Since reducing my Tresiba to 4 units everything seems to be a bit more stable and I am actually experiencing small spikes after meals now, I usually have wholemeal toasted for breakfast, yesterday I went from 5.9 pre breakfast to 7.9 2 hours post, this morning I didn't bother toasting it ( not even because I couldn't be bothered, I LOVE soft bread and this loaf was so fresh and soft there was no way I was going to miss out on a couple of slices of really soft bread! Haha) anyway pre breakfast was 5.2, 2 hours post was 7.9, now I know it could have been out by a bit but does anyone else react differently to a slice of bread than when its been toasted? Generally just curious haha x
