@lozb, I've responded to your question on sugars on your other thread. Regarding meals, I eat exactly the same as the rest of the family, I just either cut out, or have a smaller portion of, carbs. So with a chilli or a curry or casserole, I'll just swap rice for green leafy veg. It sounds a bit weird to start with, but now I much prefer chilli and broccoli to chilli and rice!
For snacks I nibble on cheese or nuts and usually start the day with a large mushroom and cheese omelette...nearly 0 carbs in that.
I'm sure other people will be along soon with other ideas
