For breakfast you could have full fat Greek yoghurt with strawberries, raspberries or blueberries on top.
Lunch could be cheese omelette with bacon and mayonaise.
Then for dinner you could have salmon/chicken with cauliflower mash ( with some mashed broccoli added) and a small portion of no added sugar baked beans.
Nuts are good to snack on - almonds/walnuts.
Do you like any salads? Or avocados? Because you find you are cutting back on carbs you can eat more good fats to keep you from getting hungry. You will soon get into enjoying your new routine, it does get easier!
