That would be very surprising, as they can't weigh more than about 10g - it's hard to find the weight of just one, but I've just found a packet weighing 100g and it contains 10 - different pages show nutritional values about 30/50% carbs, so you could have quite a few at avg 4g carb each.Well each one is approx. 40g carb apparently so Lord knows what the ones we used to have from the Indian supermarket were! Naturally they weren't marked with such things, no brand name. The black pepper ones were great. I used to do em under the grill - but you CANNOT take your eyes off em whilst cooking! (else they'll just burn)

Last night was the first time i'd ever had them but they will definitely be a snack too hahaI find a couple of poppadoms have little effect on my blood sugar. In fact they are ideal as a snack instead of crisps.
