I have now recived my blood test results. As I expected not good result.
70 I have never been below this being diagnosed 6 years ago

Yes I do carb count. This week I'm attempting to cut back my carbs a bit more (watch out for my results)Are you carb counting?
Hi Bruce Yes I have been on a course back a few years ago, I came away feeling very confident I could crack this. How wrong was IWhat advice have you been given? What kind of insulin regime are you on? Have you been (as you should have been, according to NICE) offered a structured education course (the best known being DAFNE, which is apparently also costly)?
She even got me a probe that fits into my arm so I can keep my eye on how my levels are going without having to prick my finger all the time.( can't remember the name of it right now ) it is a brilliant thing I must say far better than pricking your fingers all day
