Type 2
Hi just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes today. Massive wake up call and hoping to get some diet advice and support going forward.

Hello Pazanne, welcome - and fingers crossed that you are a lucky type two, like me, able to control blood glucose with diet alone.
There are quite a few type twos on the forum who manage on diet alone, so if you put 'low carb' in search be prepared for an avalanche of information.

Hi and welcome, I’m also working to emulate @Drummer, who has been a great help on my low carb journey.

Thanks for that I'll check it out. I'm a sucker for bread so this will be a challenge! Awaiting appointment with diabetes nurse so just reaching for what I feel are the healthiest options currently.
