You mentioned being a hypochondriac when younger. I am guessing that all the stress you have been under, diagnosis, bereavement and a new child could have triggered it to recur. Only a guess as I have no medical training. It could be worth speaking to your GP and seeing if they could offer some psychological support - or they could give you some coping strategies.
 
You guys are trully nice people and i will take all of your advice tomorrow i will contact the help line too..
