I was diagnosed with Type 2 hi ust before Christmas but I was not going to have a dry sugar holiday lol !
I am now starting to watch my diet and take my tablets.
I would really love some help please regarding diet, as this is downfall. My diet has been for years, not much during the day or pick on a few biscuits and then a bowl of cereal in the evening (granola, honey nut cornflakes, etc) and then the frequent sugar snacks when I felt tired etc, so most of the time ☹️.
I have started in Monday by not having any sugary food, so pretty much cut out all sugar and cooked meals in the evening.
Today I feel rubbish !!! So tired and woozy feeling.
What advice would you have for me please?
