Thanks to all of you for the support - and the low carb info - I don't join in discussions much but I read everything 🙂
I was diagnosed with t2 with a HbA1c of 118 and with very low carb in 3 months I've got it down to 37. Lost 3 stone.
I'm very pleased with that - I've still got another 3 or 4 stone to lose.
My Dr is very supportive of low carb and that really helps.
I can't seem to get my morning self test down - it's always 8ish. But about 2hrs after breakfast/dinner it's 5.X or 6.X
Is there anything I can do about that or will it just get better with more weight loss?
