Hi
I seem to be having a scatter brain day (or morning so far) and cant seem to snap out of a zombie like head of tiredness.
Having slept right through the night, which is unusual for me but then again I did have a day out yesterday, I missed the first allarm going off so didnt get my gentle wake up snooze for 20 mins.
Anyway I got up as usual for the bathroom then went back to bed (as usual) for half an hour, however I couldnt settle as I usually do and an hour later after dozing off I woke up in a bit of a confused state.
I have managed to get myself up and dressed but my mind seems to be all over the place, its like a washing machine with 101 thoughts going round at same time, yet I cant concentrate on one of them - I am finding it hard to write this in fact but its keeping me focussed in a hope it will slowly wake me up.
Have a good week everybody!
