I've tried the Barenaked Konjac Rice and Noodles and while they're ok, I'd rather find something that's more like 'normal' pasta. Has anyone tried the ones made from red lentils or chickpeas yet? Any other recommendations?
EDIT: Actually, looking a bit more closely at the chickpea pasta, it doesn't seem to be any lower in carbs that normal pasta, it's more for the Gluten free crowd, so perhaps cross that off the list! Damn, I like chickpeas....
