🙂 Hypos are a sign that our brain cannot get the energy it needs to function properly, hence all the alarm bells it sends the body, it's unsurprising that it becomes extremely difficult to think and behave rationally

Although it sounds like a horrendous experience, thankfully you don't appear to have broken anything, which is a true blessing in the current climate
🙂 Perhaps you should consider getting a safety gate fitted to the top of the stairs, that you can only open when your brain is functioning normally? Might sound extreme, but if it prevents you from falling headlong all the way down it would be worth it
