Good morning 4.8 for me
 
All the sevens, 7.7. Two fat sausages. Yum.🙂

I was 5.4 this morning. Went to bed on 4.6, but with a slice of cheese on toast inside me 🙂

I like it when a plan comes together 🙂 As I said, I was 4.6 before bed but woke in the night and tested at 5.2, then was 5.4 this morning 🙂
 
If I'd had cheese on toast, I would have woken in double figures. It's one of the biggest gambles we take. To eator not to eat. That is the question.

Yes, I was in two minds whether to just have a jelly baby to push my levels above 5, but decided that as I'm on a relatively high dose of lantus which may need reducing soon due to extra running, it would be better to have something slow release to help me through the night. /looks like I got it just right, and I REALLY enjoyed the COT :D
