Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all. 🙂 5.2 !

You're back! @Colin2 - sorry to hear about your funny turn.

Well and truly stuck in the mist this morning. Today's plan: Walk the dogs, then nip into town for some shopping. We're going out tonight, so I'll take it easy on the orchard-clearing front. It wipes me out!
Thank you

And I appreciate you celebrating my new profile with a suitably auspicious HS!

Morning folks. A pleasing 5.5.

Haircuts this morning, then into town for some lunch and to pick up my reading specs from optician. I will most likely buy a book or seven whilst there. Think the Bank Holiday Continental Market starts today, always worth a look.

Have a smashing day. Only 10 degrees this morning, autumn is on its way.

Morning all. 5.8 for me on waking after a flat uneventful night. I had to put an extra comforter on the bed last night, so autumn is definitely on the way here too...

Morning all, 6.8 here.
Thought I was hallucinating yesterday morning when I went down for brekkie and looked out. There was a puddle on the patio! Then I realised it was drizzling. We had all of 0.2mm according to our neighbour's weather station, first rain for weeks, our poor parched garden is desperate for it. (No doubt by this time next week I will be complaining everywhere’s wet and soggy).

I gave up waiting to be the blessed recipient of the mythical monthly log-in code and re-registered. The confirmation of this email took mere seconds.

I’m assuming you can guess who this is!
I would need to see the kaftan to be convinced it's really you.Could be an AI avatar for all we know

I wore socks last night whilst watching Sewing Bee. I contemplated wearing a hoodie but resolutely refuse to surrender shorts until the second week of September!

Congrats on the HS @Bloden

Sorry to hear about your log-in woes @Colin2 - would you like me to merge your old posts into your new account?

A 4.8 for me.

Morning all. Well take your pick with this new sensor activated yesterday afternoon. It was very up and down initially, not correlating with the finger pricks then seemed to settle before bed. Bedtime, by the time i got up the stairs and got into bed it has shot up +2.5. Overnight i woke and checked, sensor was 13.5 and going up fast finger prick was 9.4!! This morning, first it was 5.3, came downstairs and it was 7.5 quickly dtopping to 4.9, finger prick 5.6. Lets hope it settles soon, i need sleep as the alarm has been going off all night.

This afternoon i'm off to meet a friend for a coffee. This morning, maybe i'll try and correct the mistake i made with my crochet yesterday.

Congrats on the HS @Bloden.

Nice to see you back @Colin2

The kaftan is not making a public appearance until Scarlet Night of course!

Good morning folks.7.2 today it's looking dull and overcast. Had a phone call yesterday afternoon. HbA1c was 50 so surgery will definitely go ahead on Saturday. Need to report in at 7.15am. That will mean getting up before 6am 😱 I am not a morning person but I would rather get it over with ASAP.

Good to hear from you @Martin.A , sorry to hear you have been feeling down. Hope your family holiday in Fowey restores your equilibrium.
Congratulations on your HS @Lanny and @Bloden

Nothing planned today just chores and gardening. We have only had about 1mm of rain since Monday so watering and feeding everything again. Have a good day and hugs to anyone struggling at the moment. Take care xx

Good morning! A Len at at Len! After waking at Man Alive for Man Alive I went back to sleep to be awoken by a carer arriving. Yesterday when I wanted to be ready for the wheelchair man it was hours later. Despite now having neither Amitriptyline nor Pregabalin I slept fairly well as I went for Plan C - a slug of Oramoroh (actually a measured dose as it is a drug to be used with extreme) care.

The wheelchair man adjusted the brakes and ordered new armrests, a new cushion and a part for the OSF wheel.

Grey day....

5.7 this morning and 7 day average at 6.1.
Big shop today and I seem to have developed a preference for Aldi. But there are 5 biggies within 2 miles so I'll just jump in the car and let it take me where it will. And then a big attack on a Horsetail/Marestail invasion.

Well done @Bloden on the HS. A 6.3 for me today. 🙂

I woke up with a 10.3 after overdosing glucose after my usual 2am hypo alarm. I was very low and a bit befuddled. What is worse I also found the background music from the “Go Turkiye” ad lodged as an ear-worm this morning. You know the ads, the ones with a lot of beautiful young people cavorting on the Mediterranean shore with not a Turkish native in sight, not even in the posh restaurants …

Have a good day.

Nick

Good morning all, a nice crisp start to the day here in Watton. Am going out on Indie today explore the high street. There's a very nice coffee shop that has outside seating and they don't mind if at the door I atrack their attention by bleeping my horn, they said so bless them. Fancy a coffee and maybe a cheeky bacon roll with tomato sauce mmmm. I'm in a good mood and place today , funny isn't it how some days go like that.
BG 6.6 which is good and im happy with. Have decided that Monday I shall start my trial of thr free Libre +2 sample I got, then a week off it then the Dexcom 1+ and see which i get on best with. As im self funding (not able to get NHS funding). I'm looking forward to not having to fingerprick. As im self funding I get to pick which one I want.
Hope you are all well and happy and safe. Special wishes to you all as always extra special ones to those on their own and or struggling
I wish you all the colours of the rainbow except blue.
Love Gail
Xxxxx
