Group 7-day waking average?

A 5.7 for me today after another restless night due to the heat. 🙂

Dez

@eggyg It was 32 in London yesterday. Forecast is 34 today. 22 tomorrow thankfully.

5.6 for me, struggled to get below 8 last night so had 2 units of trurapi at bedtime.
It's a bit overcast at the moment but very hot and muggy.
Have now reached 100% TIR for two weeks, yay

Still stuck the wrong side of the border with another 6.2 this morning, for the third day in a row, although I was pleased to see a 5.2 post-prandial yesterday evening after my bacon omelette and salad.

Scorcher yesterday and the same today. It was 28 degrees in our kitchen this morning when I got up at 7 o'clock. Heatwave ends tomorrow with a 50-50 chance of showers.

Usual Tuesday swim later and then I'll be accompanying my wife when she does her Cinnamon Trust dog walk. She's pushed it back an hour to 17:30 and will pop the dog in the car and drive to the nearby woods (2 minutes away) for the walk. The owner's happy with that and I'm sure Millie (the dog) will be too.

Enjoyed the opening day of Wimbledon yesterday, especially seeing so many Brits winning. Won't be spending so much time watching today as I have things to do but hopefully will get to see Jack Draper's match as he's not due on court until tea time.

July already - half the year gone. Whatever your plans, have a good day.

Morning all and 6.2 for me.

I thought I was suffering from hay fever yesterday but it does seem like it's a full blown case of man flu, no doubt courtesy of Ryanair.

Cried off rehearsal today. Apart from anything it'd be unfair on the others. Saxophones are quite good at spreading germs round un ventilated rooms.

Have a good day everyone.

Congrats on your TIR :star:

I couldn’t cope Colin. I don’t know how you’re all managing. Doesn’t help that I’m still menopausal! 😳 #sweatybetty
It’s showing 33 on the thermometer right now. It is a trifle warm.

Afternoon all.7.8 for me this morning after treating a low alarm at 5.am Had to treat a lot of low alarms yesterday. Today's weather more like our normal summer.Grey and cool .Just right for dogs .Take care you folks in the South east today.Gonna be a hot one according to news . Enjoy your day people

5.4 at 0600 and 5.2 at 0930 after a long night, perpetrated with low sugar (no alarms),
3.8/4.3.

A much cooler day today but I wouldn't call the last few days a heatwave, more average. It's about 19C - 20C atm with the distinct possibility of a shower; very little in the way of a breeze.

Thought I was coming down with something nasty yesterday - no sign of it today which is a relief somewhat. I'm not too bad today, just the usual aches and pains so that's something I can be happy about.

Have a good day wherever you are and if it's warm/hot, take extra care.

Afternoon everyone. It was a happy 4.9 for me earlier this morning…

6.2 for me this morning.
I started on Metformin yesterday. 1 tablet a day for a week and then up it
Welcome!

How are finding the metformin so far?

Afternoon folks. An 8.1 this morning after a very hot sweaty night. Bedding in the washer again. Went to keep fit class this morning. Temperature in the low 20's and the pace was slower than usual. Stepping along to a motown selection. Right up my street! <3
Managed to book the accessibility parking for Saturday's concert. Allocated parking at Teso Aston from 7am so we will leave early and have breakfast at Tesco before the club gates open at 11am.

Back in the garden later after catching up with the ironing pile. Haven't decided what to wear Friday evening or Saturday yet. Depends on the weather.

Hope you have a good Tuesday and sending hugs to those of you not feeling great or have family members who are unwell.

Welcome!

Thank you Colin

No side effects yet which is good.
Monitoring my BG levels using my Dexcom they have sat lower than usual this morning.
I decided not to take any insulin with my lunch today to see what would happen, my levels rose to 7.5 from 5, just waiting to see if they go back down now.
