Group 7-day waking average?

Morning all
9.2 for me
Went to bed last night at 5.0 , can’t understand how I’m high as that in the morning .
Usual today volunteering at the hospital for a few hours, everyone have a great day
Have you tried an overnight basal test? Looks at first glance as though you aren't taking enough, though I don't know what insulin you are on and some is easier to adjust than others.

5.8 on a (so far) sunless Berkshire morning, with a fresh northerly wind and a forecast that says it's not going to get a whole lot better. No rain, so as Monday is change bedding day I should still be able to get everything dry on the line.

Full house today. As usual on a Monday we have 3 WFH, plus one extra - our youngest, who isn't normally here but has a day off. Add in a bad night's sleep and not feeling 100% this morning and you'll have a pretty good idea of my mood. It'll pass. It always does.

Congratulations @goodybags, @Grannylorraine & @PattiEvans on your HSs today, and @Pam123 for yours yesterday.

Hope everyone has a good start to the week. A cuppa and the newspaper before I do anything else.

Morning all and 6.9 for me.

Just been to our local co op and if you want fruit, veg and milk you're ok. All other shelves, fridges and freezers pretty depleted.

One sax now has unstuck keys and rehearsal one of two tonight.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all. A happy 4.8 for me on another sunny day.

I'm off to get a haircut now, so have a good day folks and stay safe...

Morning all - not anywhere so nice as yesterday, but still a lot of blue sky.

Well, this morning I am sharing the 5.2 step with @goodybags and @Grannylorraine, Congratulations to the two of you. Also to @Pam123 for yesterdays. It would seem that the CamAPS algorithm is learning my needs, which the Omnipod never did!

Yesterday we went to this wonderful garden party in the grounds of a Lutyens house buried deep in the forest near Lamorna Cove. The garden was amazing, not cultivated, but natural landscape of huge rocks, waterfalls and pools plus a huge bluebell wood. I think a good amount was raised for charity. I have a few photos, not on the same level as @eggyg but maybe you will get the idea!

@colin hope you feel better soon. The runs is not a nice thing!
Lovely garden & pool! Did you take a dip in it? >>😉😉

It was sweltering here yesterday with bright sunshine, blue, cloudless skies & deploying the keeping the doors of each room open to let the air circulate & regulate temp around the house to keep things cool! Slept the last few nights with the bedroom door open & no light on by using the hall light instead! Started doing that last summer & it work really well! :D

I have took a Basal test, everything fine, I’m on tresiba, take 18 units, the DN doesn’t want me to go up anymore if possible. She thinks it could do with my heart medication which is Apixaban Amlodipine, Estimbe, statin and Enarapril and that’s all taken at night time.
Congratulations to @goodybags , @Pam123 and @PattiEvans on H S

Could you change to taking those in the morning rather than at night to see if it makes a difference.
You are probably experiencing Dawn Phenomenon or Foot on the Floor Syndrome depending on just when that increase occurs.

I must take them at night because I also take them in the morning, I’m at the hospital just now volunteering, seen the DN and she is quite happy that my levels drop down quickly in the morning, it’s always about 4 am on my graph that is shoots up and she thinks it happens because I’m resting, thanks for the advice will look into that

So I looked at hotels and flights etc for the Athens (for post cruise next year) and cancelled the hotel I’d booked. Reviews online aren’t good for it recently so thought I’d find somewhere else.

So who’s been to Athens recently and where did you stay?

6.1 rising quickly FOTF to 7.9, before dropping to 7.4 again at breakfast. Todays reading was a surprise after last nights' Lamb Bhuna at a local curry house in town - never had one before but I'd really messed up as I was expecting something with a bit of a kick. I'll know for next time to have something with chillies.

My OH came home yesterday's afternoon full of beans and laughter after her weekend, very successful as everyone there had a good time in sunny Blackpool.

Cloudy and overcast today and just a touch cooler with light winds, so we will probably walk to my appointment to have my Diabetic Eye Screening done for this year; apparently from this year they plan to do this every two years!

Congratulations to @goodybags, @Grannylorraine & @PattiEvans on your HSs today.

Is it for just the one night or a few days? I was last in Athens about 10 years ago for three nights and we stayed in the Plaka area, the hotel may have been called Plaka Hotel. Just a simple small city hotel, I can only remember the very small lift, I think we took two trips with our luggage! It can’t have been bad or I would have remembered! The area is brilliant though, lots of fab restaurants, close to the Agora and not too far to walk to the Acropolis. Are you sailing from Piraeus? If so we just got the train there as we were going over to Naxos for a week. Absolutely loved Athens and would love to go again.

well its a 5.2 for me, 3 in a row sat waiting for my parcel from Parcelforce that should have been delivered on Friday, despite re arranging it for tomorrow, it appears rather coming today, so we have to wait in, ive had a rash for a week now it feel like prickly heat and it red and like goose pimples its driving me mad, odd because its only on my arms and neck. its not sunburn, might go and see if the chemist can suggest some cream as nothing I have has helped so far

Congratulations @goodybags, @Grannylorraine & @PattiEvans on your HS
