Group 7-day waking average?

5.4 this morning I'm also feeling better, the wallpaper came this morning for the landing, and the new light for our bedroom, hubby forgot about the wallpaper so he's not to pleased having another job to do, ive kept him busy for the last three weeks so he's ready for a break.

Morning and a 6.7 after a gentle decline after the extra Pizza last night and must admit yesterday food wise was my perfect day ( am easily pleased) but granola and big bowl of fruit,my cheese & onion toastie with chips and salad and Pizza in the evening does not get better.
Trip to butchers today and coffee and cake at garden centre as last day of month to get free coffee.
Have a good St Andrews Day

5.1 perfect thank you diabetic fairy
have a good day all

Good morning everyone

BG 5.3

I am so bored doing nothing, resting my hip, but the strategy is working. My hip is much better, still not right yet. At least my BG is good... and pulse/oxy, and blood pressure, and, more importantly no pain at all whilst sitting.

Have a great day today whatever you are doing

Surprised at 7.6. I had a stressful day yesterday. Went for blood pressure check and BG check as finished steroids 3 weeks ago. Nurse busy and stressed. Blood pressure 161 she did 5 more readings until she got 140. Refused to do BG as said not booked in for that ( i was) asked me if I monitored my blood sugar. Decided to say yes. Asked last reading and told her 5 ( it was 5.7) I also had a sore finger and she told me to see a doctor. To add to stress told me to phone for help if I have chess pains. Reception said phone at 8.30 Monday if need appointment.
Can an infected finger cause BG to rise? My left index finger had a tiny cut in the crease. A few days ago became infected. It's swollen and red. No worse this morning but I'm going to a walk in clinic in my local city.

Morning all. A 5.2 on my granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Pleased with that.

Got lots to do today, ironing yesterday’s washing, which I actually hung outside as it was very dry and very blowy. I had two large tablecloths out from our curry night on Thursday, they were having a great blow until I spotted them lying on the lawn. I thought the line had snapped, it hadn’t, it was the actual clothes post the line is attached to! I was raging, luckily they were dry. It can stay like that until the spring now!

Have a super Saturday, it’s very mild here 12 degrees.

Good morning

4.1 and stomach finally seems to have settled down. Hoping my prescription is at the pharmacy, nurse requested it in Tuesday and I need it starting today, but no text yet. Today’s plans grocery shopping, knit and natter then sorting out the Christmas decorations ready to start putting them up tomorrow.

Congratulations to @harbottle and @eggyg on your HS.

@eggyg - Happy 18th birthday to your granddaughter.

Well done @harbottle & @eggyg on those HSs. 🙂
A middle of the road 5.5 for me.

Dez

Good morning a Len today, before back to bed with my first cup of tea, just been out to the garage to put in first load of washing on

Congrats on todays HS @harbottle & @eggyg

I've got tons of work related online admin sort out this morning (as usual left until the month end)
in fact I still need to submit October expenses so desperately need to crack on with that today (before it’s December)

there were appointments available today, so I’ve just booked to attend my, our future health appointment this afternoon, I only found out about that recently through someone else sharing on here, that they had been for theirs.

Have a super Saturday everyone whatever your doing 😎

Morning everyone, an even happier 5.2 for me today l was only thinking last night I hadn’t had an HS for a while and lo and behold I had one this morning. It’s quite warm outside today we must be heading towards a heatwave me thinks.

Have a lovely day everyone and stay well.
.

5.8 on this grey and overcast Berkshire morning. No frost and the forecast is for a mild day with temperatures in the mid-teens, so will take advantage and put up our outdoor Xmas lights. Usually I come back indoors freezing cold and barely able to feel my fingers after doing that.

Just me and our youngest for most of the day. My wife's off to Bedford later to visit family, staying with her sister and back tomorrow. Our eldest and his girlfriend went to Portsmouth yesterday for a get-together with people they were at Uni with, back this afternoon. Don't expect to see our youngest for a while so don't know what he's doing, but I expect it will involve his Playstation. He was pleased to get a call yesterday to say his car had passed its MoT, so just the fee to pay.

Congratulations @harbottle , @Barrowman and @eggyg on your HSs this morning.

Saturday's a washday and I also need a trip into town, so reasonably busy day ahead before I settle down to watch Hammers in action against Arsenal at teatime.

Have a good Saturday.

Good morning all! 4.5 for me today after a night of alarms but decided to wait and see rather than treat and this proved to be the correct action as I stayed around mid 5s, the occasional dip below 3.9 may just have been compression lows or the DF having a play!

Congratulations to our trio of HSers today : @harbottle , @Barrowman and @eggyg!

Not much planned for today other than bits of housework.

Have a good day everyone!

Morning folks, forgot to take this morning before food as I was out to post parcels early. However I managed to get my HbA1C down from 106mmol to 54 mmol in 3 months with the help of empagliflozin and increased dose of metformin. yay. :D I give myself a :star:

Blood results showed for 1st time my kidney function is not so happy. I am going to see if I can get away with reducing metformin to twice daily, next bloods for kidneys in 2 weeks.

Have a fab weekend everyone.
