Group 7-day waking average?

Morning

4.6 today, just a glint of sunshine coming through the windows, although forecast to rain later. No plans today, will spend the day knitting/crotcheting, I think I may have the dishwasher to empty as I think hubby might have put that on before he went to work this morning. I might do yoga later, but haven’t decided yet as I don’t usually do Yoga on a Monday and it is a 8 - 9pm class, I’ll see how I feel later.

Good morning. 6.1. Need to spend some time catching up with posts - I've been feeling glum and sulking, refusing to even take my morning bg - a 78 year old teenager in a strop. Pulled myself together yesterdsy evening, cooked a decent meal, which would have been better if I hsdn't dropped the spinach on the floor, and spent a couple of hours clesning up my accomodation and having a rather splashy strip wash.all rather difficult from a wheelchair. Managed a couple of momentary stands on left leg which I c!assed as wins although rather terrifying as a!one in the house for the 3 dsys of Easter - the boys sre back on the building works tomorrow. Pain levels are, I think, reducing a bit or I am geting better st avoiding dodgy moves.
Had some splendid news - autistic grsndson has caught the reading bug and is putting in a steady 2 hours a day! At lsst a break through after months of minecraft and determined avoidance of mastering reading. What a joy to think that he has somethiing opening up for him now he has turned his intelligence and focus to something worthehile. My daughters patience hss paid off big time. No reports of meltdowns so maybe a more stable future beckons. He is such a lovely little chap.
Hope everyone is enjoying thevlong weekend and managing to avoid the chocolat bunnies. I' ll try to catch up on the backlog of posts after breakfast. Bacon, eggs, and black coffee are calling.
Morning Tina sorry you have been having such a difficult time lately and hopefully your change of mood will improve you being much more positive about life.
Really pleased about your grandsons news as it is such a big step and I find that using others situations and their inspiration as a driver for making me feel better about life.

Morning a 5.8 for me and a slow start after a lazy w/ end.Spent a little time in garden yesterday and walk into town and around the park but only about 8k steps.
Our car boot trip was rained off so will go to garden centre for free drinks ( well as part of our membership) and look for a small Tree Fern ( will make 5 in total now) so am seeing the tropical forest grow.
We have cleared a small patch at bottom of our garden we are going to turn into a “ wild flower” bit to attract butterflies/ bees etc.
So we may need some more top soil or bark depending on soil test result.
Relaid some chippings at front and have a lot of garden rubbish to clear next week.
Not nice weather so will be quiet on roads and heading to North Wales tomorrow so hopefully roads will be quiet but a nice gentle reintroduction to work after long w/ end.

Morning all. 6.6, had porrige this morning and so far i've stayed in the 6s! Could it be i've turned a corner from the high levels last week? Who knows as diabetes is unpredictable, but i'll take it for now.

Hubby is working this morning so i shall be packing for our few days away, then off to the cinema this afternoon. Its raining and cool here atm.

Have a good day everyone.

Morning,
5.6 this morning and did not have a big rise after getting up - really pleased my pump seems to have caught up and is counteracting it.

It's raining and the church picnic has been cancelled :( trying to think what else we can do on our last day of the Easter break, but there isn't much in my area which is open / indoors. 7yo is finally making her cupcakes with her dad so she is happy. I reeeeally don't want to return to school tomorrow!!

5.5 on a rather dull and grey Berkshire morning. Pegged out some washing earlier- things that can't be tumble-dried - but need to keep an eye on the weather as thundery showers are forecast for later. Currently taking a break from painting, so thought I'd post while I have my coffee.

@goodybags - I don't know what slow-cooked gammon joint recipe my wife follows but it includes cider, bramley apples, an orange and cloves. Had it for tea yesterday and it was a real treat. Some left over, so not done with it yet.

Just me and my wife at home for most of the day as our youngest has a shift at Tesco and our eldest if off to London with a couple of mates for QPR vs Swansea City, so a good day to be decorating.

@khskel - no microwave? I sometimes microwave a cup of water to make myself a cuppa.

Hope the Bank Holiday Monday weather doesn't spoil anyone's plans. Have a good day if you can.
