It was a 12 for me this morning. That will be the walnuts I ate before bed. So easy to just eat too many. Thankfully most of the night I was only in the 8s and 9s but then a hefty DP took me up to 12 before I woke. I jabbed 12 units of Fiasp to deal with FOTF breakfast and correction and my Levemir. Got up ground was dry but 15 mins later it started to rain and I hadn't covered my bale of haylage up last night because the forecast said we would get rain at 2pm and if you cover it up too much it goes off quickly, but if it gets wet that makes it go off quicker too. Dashed up to the yard, covered bale, fed GGs, swept stables and yard, topped up water and came home. Thought with all that frantic activity and 12 units of Fiasp in my system, I would hit a hypo before I made it back home for breakfast but the best the Fiasp could do was 7.9 with a vertical downward arrow and that was an hour after injecting it. The drop eased off as soon as I got home so plenty of time to get my breakfast and a coffee and then eat it. Of course the rain stopped just after I got to the yard and covered the bail! 🙄
