We had a nut job in our garden once, but he scarpered after I called the police.and risk the newly visiting nuthatch not appearing?
Always a dilemma. Met is saying snow for us tomorrow morning, which is always good for sending the birds to the garden feeders and generally making them easier to spot, BBC is saying sleet, which means they will all be hiding away in the hedges with their heads tucked under their wings.Do I do The Big Garden Birdwatch this morning when it’s wet and a bit blowey and risk the newly visiting nuthatch not appearing? Or do I hold my nerve and wait until tomorrow when it’s supposed to be bright and sunny but a lot more blowey?
