There’s no reason you can’t have gravy, so wasn’t really”caving”

Do you mean someone said that because it had wheat flour you shouldn't be eating it? If so I'd say that's incorrect, low carb is about having low carbs no matter what the ingredients, keto however avoid certain ingredients so if your only doing low carb then you don't need to think about the ingredients just the carbs xx

A teaspoonful of gravy powder isn't going to be very significant - as long as it is part of a generally low carb menu.

Thankyou for the information

People do tend to get hung up on the minutiae of the odd spoonful of tomato sauce, brown sauce, mint sauce or gravy when in the context of the rest of the meal or food they are having it is inconsequential.

I unfortnately fell into a person telling me that I can’t have gravy because of being low carb and it has wheat flour in it . It still tasted so so so good .
You could have 40 servings of gravy per day and still be on a low carb diet, so long as you didn’t eat too many other carbs that day. It just wouldn’t be very balanced to eat 40 servings. Assuming you’re having less than 40 servings at a time, you’d be fine to include the gravy in your diet more regularly

Roast dinner isn't roast dinner without gravy, don't stress about those small things in life, isn't good for you.

Always have gravy with a roast! Bisto granules 2g per 50 ml made, less than a splash of milk in your tea!
