Getting a tattoo

Hi I got a tattoo done several years ago when my sugar levels were low. I'm type 2.
Just in case i actually took a letter from my GP. The tattoo artist did a medical
check and asked detailed questions about my diabetes. She was great. She made sure that
she stopped for frequent breaks and that i had water to hand all the time. I made sure i had porridge for breakfast!!! Everything went fine. She said that if she had at all been concerned she would have
said no. Any tattoo artist that doesn't ask medical details shouldn't be working. I'm still happy with mine and plan on getting a coloured one next year. It's more expensive if you get lots of colour and more painful depending on where you get it done! Good luck!

@Madeline don't know how well you can tell the difference on the thumbnails, but here's a before and after photo, had them done today and v happy as they aren't over-obvious!Before tattoo.jpgAfter tat.jpg
