And now to add insult to injury my ED has reared its head back into my head Last time BEAT would not take me because of my MH and the other place said your MH is to bad at moment Where do i seek help SORRY

A good idea @gail2.

It has always seemed to me that there are two Gails - the bright bubbly Gail who asks questions, always offers support to anybody who needs it and helps the forum immensely, and the Gail who now and then gets taken over by demons and has a bit of a fight on her hands. The bubbly Gail has always won over in the past and I am sure will win again if you take a bit of a break from posting and work on it.

Oh Gail, I am so sorry you are suffering right now. I to have MH problems. I wondered what medication you are taking if any for this. I have had sleep problems in the past that were caused by my medication.
