Go Bubbsie :D great to hear you had a positive, useful review -not before time- and all your hard effort to control the D plus plenty of dog walking has paid dividends. 🙂
Thanks Flower...we've nicknamed Harry The Diabetes Dawg...and he's happy to take full credit for everything.
 
I'm confused as to how @Ditto got diagnosed with diabetes without a HbA1c test.:confused:
This is why I blanked it and thought he might have gotten me mixed up with my sisters, we're like Russian dolls, always being confused for one another. All three now diabetic! I'd still be in denial except for taking my bg and seeing it rise if I pig out. :confused:

the lab did not give the HbA1c breakdown...when I asked my GP why (just given in %) he said they never do on the first test...he had written to them previously...they said it was their policy not to provide that breakdown on the first test...so maybe a blood test the figure in % indicating can control with diet & exercise only...distinct possibility.
Sorry Bubbsie. I've got no idea what you are talking about at all.
