After 8 months I have finally got my diagnosis. Type 2 with reactive hypoglycaemia. My type 2 is totally under control but it's the hypoglycaemia that I have been struggling with. My work have been trying to sack me after 32 years good service and now I am having a fight to get my breaks as I need to eat every 2/2.5 hours or I go into a hypo. It's good now I know what I'm dealing with and have had a complete lifestyle change with my diet. I weigh my carbs and look at everything I eat. The one thing I'm having trouble with is milk. Is it bad for diabetes? Also I'm off on holiday in July and wondered how the heat will effect my levels?
