Sorry to hear your diabetes has been giving you a hard time @Woodywoodpecker
There are times when we can feel that it’s the change of routine that may be contributing to BG chaos - but other times we stick to rigid routine, and we can get chaos then too!
Change is the only constant with diabetes… and sometimes we just have to shrug, and get on with spinning the plates and making our best guesses.
It can be so draining though can’t it. The one thing my diabetes will not do when it’s having a strop, is fade into the background. It makes me super grateful for the times when it decides to actually stick to its own rules.
Hope things start to settle for you really soon, and you can get your diabetes back into its box again.
