Ok, I am new to all this and in my first week.
I am trying to bring my BG levels, and reduce my carb intakea bit as I need to lose a few Kg as I currently stand at about 111Kg at 175cm, my BG is averaging around 11 at the moment. After the first week I am starting to struggle and want to snack.
Any one out there got any good ideas for snack other than fruit as I don't realy find it satisfing.
