Hello friends. I'm hoping everyone is enjoying the holidays. I have a question. Well, two.
Yesterday I wore a new sensor which gave me an error message to say that it was loose. It was/is not loose but is oddly painful. I tried scanning it about 4 times and each time it ran the one hour and after, brought me this error message. I put it in the spot I usually put them so I don't understand why it didn't work. Does anyone know if I am eligible for a replacement?

Also, the last time I requested and was granted a replacement the delivery person did not make it to my door and claimed in their delivery update that I wasn't home. They didn't even ring the bell. I was waiting. They then said that they'd left it at the post office. When I went there, they said there was no delivery for me. So it was all a it shady and my friend suggested that it might have been stolen. I simply let that go. I'm concerned though that even if.i get a sensor replaced, the delivery may not make it. Has anyone had an issue with suspecting theft of a sensor?
