Hi, I am Courtnell, male aged 78
Here is my little piece as a newby.
Eleven years ago I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.
I have never had any medication prescribed as my numbers are controlled by diet and exercise.
My only concern is the loss of sensation in my feet. There is no pain, just always cold and uncomfortable and it appears to be spreading to the sole of my feet after having started with my toes.
I have heard the condition described as like walking on bubble wrap which is the nearest I can describe my symptoms.
I see no advice as to how to alleviate the condition, probably not possible and my podiatrist says tens machine won't help. Just look after your diabetes she says.
