Egg inspiration

I made some egg muffins a while ago, with chopped up cheese, bacon and sausage and they were really nice. Easy to make too for something different. I guess they're kind of like a quiche without the pastry.

@Vince_UK you could try a quail egg omelette but I imagine you would need a fair few of them! lol, that's one thing I've never tried actually, quail eggs I mean! haha
As for the tobacco sauce thing I'm not even sure how that happened! tobacco oh yeah I do now if I try to type 'tobasco' then hit space it turns it to 'tobacco' :confused:
@Amigo oh yes I know that but when he makes mistakes its his own doing lol, this was the laptops fault and I didn't even know it did that, I'm almost certain my other one didn't xx

That’s because Tabasco is spelt with an ‘a’ not an ‘o’ Kaylz. That would fool the laptop :D

Hmmm I can definitely see one of those ending up in my kitchen in Newcastle only to be used for a few weeks then put with the rest of the gadgets I never use lol

Vegetarian kofta kebabs? I like an omelette but not sloppy inside the fold, OTOH if you possess a frying pan - why the hell do you need any other utensil?

Well I got the microwave omelette maker as I don't have time on a Monday to make it in the frying pan xx

Don't have time? On Saturday Kitchen they make omelettes in seconds! OK, they are pretty rubbish.:D

I cant keep an eye on the frying pan, cook the other 2's fish AND get tested and injected without something going wrong! lol xx
 
Microwave ones I must admit together with the Microwave Poached egg makers are fairly pathetic, even I gave up on both of them.
I do find the electric omelette maker very good to be honest after all it is the 21st century and dinosaurs no longer rule the Earth.
Poaching eggs satisfactorily is still a challenge.
Here I have a specific smallish frying pan I just keep for omelettes when I fancy one.
The other issue I have is that in Shanghai I cook on gas and back home electric.
Gas is faster while the ceramic hobs I have to wait until they heat up and then cool down. The electric omelette maker heats up and cools very quicly indeed.
I hate hanging around waiting lol
