Fancying eggs for tea on Thursday rather than fish, any ideas what to make, bearing in mind it will no doubt be with green beans and potato LOL xx

Spanish omelette. Just parboil the spuds, cut into chunks and then fry in a frying pan with a chopped onion and some garlic, salt and pepper before adding the eggs. Put the pan under the grill to cook the top. Green beans on the side. Sorted.

Hard boiled, halved and yolk mixed with sardines, then stuffed.
Though you'll still be getting some fish!

I'm afraid I don't like the sound of that idea lol x

I know you won’t want to be making anything elaborate or a dish you can’t calculate the carbs and fat content of so with potatoes and green beans, I’d just have a couple of fried eggs to be honest. Either that or have an egg on top of a slice of ham.
That or some eggs chopped up with some prawns (they go nice together) especially with a dollop of mayo or butter.

I bought an egg boiler from Lakeland, makes superb boiled, poached eggs and omelettes in a fraction of the time needed on the hob and with a minimal amount of water. Brilliant!

Got one also, even carried one with me to my apartment in Shanghai. Bought an omelette maker in the UK last year that also makes life easier 🙂 'coz am is lazy

Fried isn't one of my favourite ways to have eggs I'm afraid, I never used to eat them at all, then I'd eat the white but not the yolk so I used to swap my egg yolk for my mums whites as she doesn't like the whites haha, really not fancying any fish at all either xx

I have an omelette maker too. It's called a frying pan.😛

I could reply to that BUT I will be a gentleman and quietly refrain 🙂
I hate cleaning pans

When I make omelettes in Shanghai I use a frying pan, forgot about that lol. 😛
