It seems there is some discussion over what the nine are, even the report itself doesn't seem to always be consistent
The best definition I have seen in the audit report itself (page 7) is:
2. Care Processes:
What proportion of people registered with diabetes received the nine key processes of diabetes care
(Measure: Weight, Blood Pressure, HbA1c, Urinary Albumin, Serum Creatinine, Serum Cholesterol; Assess: Eyes, Feet, Smoking)?
...
Urinary Albumin? What? (They might have done this when they did the c-peptide tests, but no-one said anything.)
Serum Creatinine? Eh?
