I believe kidney stones can be incredibly painful, are you having any treatment ?

Yes, that made me laugh cos when the dr asked how i rated the pain on 1 to 10, i said 6. Perhaps i have a high pain threshold or am just good at imagining agony.
It helps so much i know its not anything more serious...i like to imagine the pain as the stone working its way out, which helps. I also have some pretty heavy duty pain killers now! I have a referral, dunno how long that will take, i think in general they work their way out, but nhs website says thats normally 1-2 days but its been over a week now
Am trying to restart my dexcom, its worth a try, though the case has broken so not convinced it will work
